• Extensive time to engage in a variety of tools and resources, including the Colorado Career Advising tool, and other interest, aptitude, and career inventories.
• Opportunities to reflect and practice career conversations with peers.
• An overview of Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP) and its role in career advising.
• Training to best prepare advisors to invite and lead Meaningful Career Conversations.
• Continuing education credits.
