Meaningful Career Conversations (MCC)
Developed by the Colorado Education Initiative in partnership with the Colorado Department of Education, the MCC program aims to build the leadership skills of career advisors at all levels, in turn empowering career seekers. Grounded in hope and empathy, the MCC training and course enhance career advisors' skills, confidence, and understanding, enabling them to support individuals in exploring new career opportunities and pathways.

Since the program's inception in 2019, over 4,500 career advisors and mentors in 36+ counties across Colorado have completed the MCC training.

Focusing on self-awareness and inherent strengths, the CCA Tool Survey & Results provides a solid foundation for exploring career options and creating a personalized career action plan.
With over 3,000 surveys completed in Colorado alone, the CCA Tool is becoming the go-to resource for career seekers of all ages and career advisors of all experience levels.
